The newly designed SRB2530 horizontal CNC boring roller press from the company has successfully passed the pre-acceptance inspection by the customer, Sichuan Bangli. The equipment was highly praised by Bangli, who considered it as China's top-tier cylinder machining system capable of fully replacing similar imported machines. This marks a significant milestone in domestic manufacturing technology and highlights the growing capability of Chinese industry to match international standards.
The machine is capable of processing workpieces with four different diameters: Ø80mm, Ø100mm, Ø160mm, and Ø180mm. After processing, the dimensional accuracy reaches IT8 or higher, cylindricity is maintained at level 9, and the surface roughness ranges between Ra 0.04 to 0.088 μm. For workpieces with an inner diameter of Ø160mm and a length of 1500mm, the processing time is no more than 3 minutes, demonstrating exceptional speed and precision.
A key feature of this equipment is its advanced boring rolling process, which replaces traditional honing methods. This innovative technique boosts efficiency by more than ten times compared to conventional approaches. It not only improves productivity but also enhances the quality and consistency of the finished products.
