World's First 2500 Fracturing Vehicle Passes System Test

The world's first 2500 fracturing vehicle developed in the four-machine factory of Jianghan Oilfield lasted for eight months and recently passed the power system matching test between Detroit and American Shuanghuan.
The car firstly used the second-class automobile chassis as a carrier for large-scale fracturing equipment in the world, optimized the power integration of the chassis selection engine, improved the equipment's ability to move, and adopted the plant's independent intellectual property with an output power of 2,500 hp. Five-cylinder plunger pump, which can resist high fatigue strength, has good impact and toughness, optimizes the design of the fracturing pump chamber and the suction and discharge outlet, and improves the suction and discharge efficiency from 90% to 95%, which is equivalent to the row of fracturing vehicles. Increase in volume by 5%. The car uses a hydrogen sulfide-resistant high pressure manifold. The entire vehicle adopts three-dimensional design to improve design reliability. For the first time, the engine, transmission, piston pump and hydraulic system control signals are incorporated into the 1939 communication protocol for network control.
Detroit and Shuanghuan conducted rigorous testing of the power system of the 2500 fracturing vehicle. The test results showed that the power matching of the vehicle fully meets the matching requirements of the engine and the transmission. Test experts believe that the vehicle's power matching and control signal acquisition methods are among the best in the world.
