2, piping layout

(3) Each pipe shall be firmly connected. A fixed fixing device shall be provided at the bend pipe. A tight point shall be set every 10m for the horizontal pipelines. (4) According to the on-site construction conditions and take over the takeover requirements, reasonable layout of the pipeline to eliminate hidden dangers.

3, debugging

(1) Pump installed in place, the pump should be the first overall inspection, inspection includes: the level of the tank is within the specified range, the hydraulic hose fittings, pipe clamps and other connections are loose seat, there are No oil leakage, the electrical components of the connection is broken or off line, the contact screw is loose, the hopper whether there are foreign bodies or impurities.

(2) electrical inspection. First of all, check if the on-site voltage is (380 ± 10%) V, and set a special control switch for the pump. The specifications of the used cables should be consistent with the main cables on the pump, and connect the ground cables as required. Then do the following check:

A, close the control line switch, the power indicator light, and PLC PLC module is energized, then observe the indicator light module (respectively, start, run and fault), if you start, running lights; and fault lights Off, then normal, you can carry out normal operation, otherwise not normal, the pump can not operate.

B, press the motor start button to see whether the motor AC contactor action according to the program, the motor indicator light is on.

C, respectively, by pumping, anti-pump, pressure test, stirring button to see whether the programmable logic controller input and output signals.

(3) If everything is normal, the pump can start running

A, the main motor and control circuit of the air switch to "close" position. Open the key or emergency stop switch, such as power indicator light, indicating that the control circuit power has been connected.

B, jog motor start button, so that the main motor running 1-2S, and check the main motor steering, (from the motor output shaft should be counterclockwise, that is, with the main pump marked rotation consistent); if the steering is wrong, As long as any exchange of two-phase power supply can be.

C, the machine empty run 10min, check the machine for any abnormal noise, whether the pipe clamp loose or oil spills, board valve pressure reaches the required value.

E, check whether there is lubricating oil pump, and lubricants as required.
F, with a grease gun, respectively, to the distribution valve cylinder and the tank in the middle of the oil rod full of oil.

G, pressure test operation 10S, to close the oil circuit and check the main system pressure.

H, press the pump button to observe the pump action is normal, start stirring, check its positive and reverse whether the direction of the switch marked (from the motor output shaft, clockwise to positive).

I, pumping 10min after the anti-pump operation, and check the positive and negative pump switch with the same direction.

(4) Concrete. As the maximum particle size of the coarse aggregate is limited by the minimum working diameter of the pipeline, it is required that the maximum particle size of the gravel does not exceed 1/4 of the pipe diameter and the pebble does not exceed 1/3 of the pipe diameter. Concrete slump is generally controlled at 8-23cm, for long-distance and high-altitude pumping generally controlled at 18-20cm, pumping down and greater drop, the general control of 12-14cm.

(5) pay attention to the following points when pumping concrete:

A, start the concrete pump running air, if the temperature is low, the air run time should be longer, the temperature of the hydraulic oil to be raised to 15 degrees Celsius to pump.

B, add a certain amount of water to the hopper to warm the hopper, valve and distribution pipeline.

C, Before pumping concrete, the mortar should be pumped 0.5-1m3; part of the mortar must be retained in the hopper (to the axis of the hopper, the next place), until the concrete to join the hopper after pumping together.

D, in the process of pumping concrete, pay strict attention to the actual mixing quality of concrete and slump, if the mixing out of the concrete does not meet the pumping requirements, must be removed.

E, the hopper should not be filled with concrete online, the network of ultra-fine aggregate and debris to be promptly removed, when the hopper mixing shaft is stuck stuck, to pause the pump, and timely reversal of operation, excluding Failure, the hopper in the concrete can not be too small, in order to prevent pipe blockage caused by suction, when the supply can not keep up, to stop pumping in time.

G, in the pumping process, we should always observe the pump on the various instruments of pressure and lubrication, etc., if abnormal, should be promptly removed to ensure the normal pump.

4, pipe cleaning

Before cleaning the pipeline, it is best to pump 0.5-1m3 of mortar, and then stop after all the pumping, and then pull the plate valve switch, remove the accumulator pressure.

There are two ways of pipe cleaning, namely washing and air washing, whether it is washing or air washing, the valve box and the hopper should be cleaned.
