We've created our very own episode of *The Office* called "The Fire Department" right here in Wausau, Wisconsin! A bunch of us on the team are big fans of the original show, and with some help from our staff, we spent a lot of time putting this parody together — all in the same funny, awkward spirit as the original!
Last year, the Wausau Fire Department was awarded the SAFER Grant, and we also worked closely with the city council to add 12 new positions to our team. This is a huge milestone for us, and we're dedicating this video to the new firefighters we've already hired — and to those who will be joining us soon. In the video, you'll follow a new probationary firefighter as he starts his journey, learns the ropes, and tries to find his place in the department. We had a blast making this, and we hope you enjoy it too!
