THE BENEFITS OF EXTREME DUTY UPGRADES FOR LANDING GEAR

In the high-stakes world of trucking, reliability and toughness are non-negotiable. JOST International’s Extreme Duty upgrades are built to handle the harshest conditions with confidence. These advanced components are designed for maximum performance, long-lasting durability, and dependable operation—perfect for demanding heavy-duty applications. Untitled-5-2-scaled **EXTREME DURABILITY: WEAR RESISTANT CUSHION FOOT** Pavement can be brutal on standard landing gear shoes. JOST's wear-resistant cushion foot is made from 450 HBW abrasion-resistant steel, offering up to 2.5 times the lifespan of conventional models. This makes it ideal for rough environments where frequent replacements would otherwise be necessary. The unique octagon shape not only helps in quick identification but also allows for easy retrofitting onto existing systems, making maintenance more efficient and cost-effective. **EXTREME CUSHION: DOUBLE CUSHION FOOT** When your trailer hits the ground hard, you need extra protection. The double cushion foot is engineered to absorb greater impacts without damage. With twice the internal cushioning, it reduces stress on the landing gear during heavy landings, preserving the integrity of the system and improving safety. This feature is especially useful in high-impact situations, ensuring that both the gear and the trailer remain intact. **ENHANCED PROTECTION: DUAL ELEVATION NUT** Landing gear failure can lead to serious consequences. That’s why JOST’s dual elevation nut adds a crucial second layer of security. If the primary nut fails, the secondary nut acts as a backup, preventing collapse and keeping your trailer stable. Combined with the double cushion foot, this design offers superior stability and peace of mind. It also minimizes trailer movement in case of damage, providing better value and increased safety. Elevation-Nut **ERGONOMIC DESIGN: ROBUST CRANK HANDLE** Operating landing gear shouldn’t be a struggle. JOST’s ergonomic crank handle is designed for ease of use, featuring a larger grip for better control and comfort. Available in powder-coated or hot-dipped galvanized finishes, it’s built to last and withstand tough conditions. The improved ergonomics make two-handed cranking smoother and more efficient, reducing fatigue and improving overall performance. JOST International’s Extreme Duty upgrades for landing gears and fifth wheels are engineered to meet the toughest demands of the trucking industry. Whether it's extreme weather, heavy loads, or constant use, these products deliver unmatched reliability and performance. By choosing JOST, you're investing in safer, more efficient operations and longer-lasting equipment. Learn more here.

Liquid-gas HTF 181

ARMCOLTHERM 181 -75℃~315(L)/181℃~315℃(G)
ARMCOLTHERM can be used in the liquid phase down to -75℃ and up to 315℃. In the vapor phase, the working range is from 181℃ to 315℃. This fluid is exceptional for the most demanding single fluid batch heating and cooling applications.
ARMCOLTHERM 181 exhibits exceptional thermal stability in both the liquid and vapor phases. ARMCOLTHERM 181 Heat Transfer Fluid offers exceptional low temperature pumpability as well as excellent thermal stability; this provides protection against accidental overheating.
ARMCOLTHERM 181 heat transfer fluid has an extremely low crystal point that can completely eliminate the need for steam heating (although vent lines may still need freeze protection). ARMCOLTHERM 181 exhibits great heat transfer properties, even at very low temperatures, with a viscosity of approximately 11 cps at -75℃. ARMCOLTHERM 181 heat transfer fluid can also be used in the vapor phase.
Batch processing with ARMCOLTHERM 181 heat transfer fluid eliminates system purge requirements that can be associated with steam and brine and steam and glycol systems. ARMCOLTHERM 181 heat transfer fluid is non-corrosive to metals and alloys commonly used in heat transfer systems, providing peace of mind regarding compatibility.
This product is intended for use in a pressurized, closed system with nitrogen blanket and an expansion vessel.
