Delfast, the renowned electric bike manufacturer, has decided to pivot its business strategy. The company is shifting its focus toward developing a single, standout model. That model is none other than the highly popular TOP.

While this marks a new chapter for Delfast, it also signals the end of an era for some of their beloved models. Starting November 1st, the company will discontinue the production of its entire range of B2C electric bikes, including the Prime (holder of the World Guinness Record), the Offroad (Electric Bike of the Year 2019), the TOP 2.0 (2019’s bestseller), and the Cross Dirt (a worthy competitor to Sur Ron). To bid farewell to these iconic models, Delfast will be hosting a massive sale from October 1st through October 31st.

For Delfast's founders, Daniel Tonkopiy and Serhii Denysenko, this strategic decision is rooted in a forward-thinking vision for the company's future. The global pandemic provided an opportunity to reassess priorities and reevaluate their offerings. Despite witnessing a surge in sales across all their models, the leadership team chose to concentrate their efforts on refining what they consider their most successful product: the bestseller, TOP.

“We’ve identified a compelling business case for this move. TOP accounts for 81% of our sales, so it makes perfect sense to double down on this model and create the best TOP electric bike possible for our customers,” Daniel emphasized.

With this new direction, Delfast will channel all its resources into elevating the TOP model. The aim is to achieve unparalleled excellence in terms of power, speed, design, comfort, and other features that make the TOP stand out. The goal is simple yet ambitious: to deliver the perfect electric bike that every customer deserves.

This change doesn’t impact the company’s commitment to its customers. Orders placed prior to or during the sale will continue to be honored and delivered as scheduled. Customer support and warranties for all Delfast electric bikes remain intact, with the company offering a lifetime warranty for models released in 2020.

Notably, the B2B model Trike will continue to be produced and sold as planned. Additionally, Delfast remains active in the B2G sector, with work progressing on the specialized TopCop model, a unique adaptation of the TOP tailored for law enforcement agencies.

In conclusion, while this shift may mark the end of some beloved models, it represents a bold step forward for Delfast. The company’s dedication to quality and innovation remains unwavering, ensuring that customers continue to receive exceptional value and service.
