This bold move sees the company choosing the TOP as its signature electric bike. For Delfast, this marks a new chapter, while it also serves as a farewell to some of their most cherished and celebrated models.

Starting November 1st, all the B2C models, including the Prime (which holds the World Guinness Record), the Offroad (E-Bike of the Year 2019), the TOP 2.0 (Bestseller 2019), and the Cross Dirt (a direct competitor to Sur Ron), will no longer be available for purchase. In light of this decision, Delfast has launched a major sale event starting October 1st, running through October 31st, allowing enthusiasts to acquire these legendary models before they become unavailable.

For Delfast’s co-founders, Daniel Tonkopiy and Serhii Denysenko, this strategic decision is rooted in a forward-thinking vision aimed at securing the company's bright future. The global pandemic provided the company with an opportunity to reevaluate its priorities and make informed choices. Despite a surge in sales across all models, the leadership opted to channel their efforts into refining what they believe to be their standout product—the ever-popular TOP.

“It’s a clear business strategy that aligns with our goals for long-term success,” Daniel explained.

Delfast is now fully committed to enhancing the TOP, aiming to create an unparalleled electric bike that excels in power, speed, design, comfort, and innovation. Their ultimate goal is to deliver the perfect electric bike that meets the expectations of their discerning customers.

This new direction means that all future innovations from the engineering team will exclusively focus on the TOP model for B2C clients. However, the Trike, a B2B model, will continue to be produced and sold as originally planned. Additionally, the Delfast team remains active in the B2G sector, with ongoing work on the specialized TopCop model, a unique adaptation of the TOP tailored for police use.

Rest assured, this change in direction does not impact Delfast’s dedication to its customers. All existing orders placed before and during the sale period will be fulfilled accordingly. Customer support and warranty services for all Delfast electric bikes will continue as per the user agreement. Delfast proudly offers a lifetime warranty for its 2020 electric bike models.
