The "Proposal" clarifies that after the reform, the ordinary official travel modes in the administrative area shall be selected by the public servants themselves, and socialized provision shall be implemented to provide appropriate public transportation subsidies. The subsidy standard for the central and state agencies is 1,300 yuan per person per month at the bureau level, 800 yuan per person per month at the department level, and 500 yuan per person per month at the department level and below. The subsidy standard for frontier minority areas and other remote areas shall not exceed 150% of the standards of the central and state organs, and the general area shall not exceed 130%.
