In the new generation of ZOHe (Bosch Zero Offset Design Plus), Bosch's engineering team has further improved the rigidity of the caliper and the guide system of the friction lining and the caliper body. These new features ensure that the ZOHe caliper is accurate And run smoothly. When the brake is in the released state, the caliper will be in the optimal symmetrical position. This has two advantages: First, it can maintain a small free play, and the pedal feel is improved. Second, the residual torque of the brake is reduced, which reduces the running resistance and wear of the friction plates. What's more, ZOHe brakes have better noise reduction and damping performance. If cast iron jaws are used, ZOHe weighs 5% less than existing products; if cast aluminum is used, ZOHe's weight can be further reduced by 7%.
