The Zigong City Science and Technology Bureau of Sichuan Province recently disclosed that the Ministry of Science and Technology recently announced the results of the 2011 national-level hi-tech industrialization base. The Zigong National New Material Industrialization Base has been reviewed and renamed as the Zigong National New Material High-tech Industrialization Base. Zigong National New Material Industrialization Base is the country's first comprehensive national new material industrialization base recognized by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Science and Technology. The Sichuan Provincial Government has incorporated the base into the six hundred billion yuan park that the province has focused on.
