Specially designed volatile matter crucible together with a unique auto-sample loading mechanism to avoid the operation of replacement or removal of the crucible cover under high temperature, preventing heat emission and potential harm to the operator.

Multiple proximate analyzers can be controlled by a single PC using Ethernet communication technology. Connect with balance and network via standard interface RS232.

It is applicable in industries such as electrical power, coal, commerce inspection, environmental protection, metallurgy, papermaking, petrochemical, earth probe, and research institutions or quality inspection organizations to test the content of air-dry basis moisture, ash, LOI, and volatile matter in coal. It can also calculate calorific value and the content of fixed carbon and hydrogen in samples automatically.
