The DF3500 model comes with bent sidebars, while the DF3498 is equipped with straight sidebars. This design allows for axial flexibility, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The slight gap between the inner and outer plates ensures smooth movement and adaptability to different installation requirements.
The outer link plates are available in two edge styles: 90-degree arc-shaped edges or 2×45° chamfered edges. Similarly, the inner link plates also feature 2×45° chamfers. These design choices help prevent injuries caused by sharp edges during installation, ensuring a safer working environment.
In addition, the external surfaces of the outer sidebars, both sides of the inner sidebars, and the top circle of the pins undergo high-frequency induction hardening. This treatment enhances the wear resistance of the chain, extending its lifespan and improving overall performance.
