This machine is designed for producing a wide range of PC tubes, profiles, transparent LED lampshades, and both single-color and double-color LED lampshades. It is also compatible with PMMA materials.

Key features include innovative online precise cutting technology, which allows one-time cutting without the need for secondary cutting, ensuring a precision of within 0.5mm, clean cuts, and high efficiency. The special screw for PC material ensures perfect plasticizing, resulting in finished products free from crystallized dots, pulling marks, and vibration marks, with high light transmittance and transparency. The screw is made from imported special alloy steel, preventing material adhesion and eliminating black spots during production.
