Twin screw extruder recycling & pelletizing systems are designed to handle waste materials that require high-performance processing such as melting, volatilization, and filtering. These systems are primarily used for the recycling and re-pelletizing of PET scraps.
To minimize IV reduction during the recycling of PET flakes or scraps, it is essential not only to remove impurities like PVC content and moisture but also to implement a precise recycling system and reliable equipment configuration.
This PET plastic pelletizing machine integrates advanced international recycling technology with practical application conditions. It is specifically designed for recycling washed PET plastic flakes or scraps, such as those from cola bottles, purified water bottles, PET sheets, and drinking bottles.
After undergoing processes such as feeding, heating, melting, cooling, drying, and cutting, the final product is PET plastic pellets that can be used to manufacture new PET plastic products.

The screws are made of high-quality tool steel 38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2. The special screw combination with an Euro-style rectangular barrel and optimized reflux refrigeration channels helps reduce temperature differences in the D areas.
An innovative heater-tightened design ensures efficient heat transfer and long-lasting heater performance.
High-quality nitride steel is used for the material, which is corrosion-resistant or anti-friction, with specially designed vacuum systems.
A new parallel three-axis drive system combines the convex axis, chain conveyor, decelerator, and torque, resulting in a compact structure. Key bearings use imported oil immersion and spray lubrication techniques, improving tooth face strength, ensuring high torque, precision, and low noise.
Drive components are selected from high-quality materials, including super alloy, cementite steel, and cemented and ground parts.

1. Screw Feeder: The first step in the pelletizing recycling machine, where PET plastic flakes or scraps are conveyed into the hopper via a screw. A sensor is connected to the screw to detect the material level in the hopper. When the hopper is full, the screw stops; when empty, the screw feeder starts working.
2. Extruder: For plasticization and degassing, a specialized single-screw extruder is used to melt pre-compacted material. The plastic scraps are well melted and plasticized in the first-stage extruder, then extruded by the second-stage extruder. With a double-zone vacuum degassing system, volatile substances such as low molecular compounds and moisture are efficiently removed, making it especially suitable for heavily printed films and materials with some moisture content.
3. Non-stop Hydraulic Screen Filter Changer: Double-stage filtration, with initial filtration in the first extruder and fine filtration in the second, reducing the frequency of screen changes. The filter technology requirements depend heavily on the quality of the input material and the planned use of the granules.
4. Water Cooling: Made of 304 stainless steel, 4 meters long and filled with water to cool the melted plastic.
5. Cutting Pelletizing: Equipped with high-speed steel and hard alloy cutting blades for reliable performance. The compact structure allows for less maintenance.
