Our DF3500 and DF3498 offset link chains are designed with high-quality forged inner link plates, offering flexibility for different applications. The DF3500 model features curved sidebars, while the DF3498 model comes with straight sidebars. The outer link plates are available in two styles: 90-degree arc-shaped edges or 2×45° chamfered edges, while the inner plates are also equipped with 2×45° chamfers. These design choices help prevent injuries caused by sharp edges during installation, ensuring safer handling for workers.
All outer sidebars, inner sidebars, and the top circle of the pins undergo high-frequency induction heat treatment, significantly enhancing the wear resistance and durability of the chain.
