Product Description

This high-performance knife grinder is designed for precision grinding of long knives such as peeling machine knives, granulator knives, cutting paper knives, shearing blades, and slicing knives. It is ideal for industrial applications that require consistent quality and accuracy.

The machine can process knives with a maximum working length of 1500–7000 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of cutting tools used in manufacturing and processing industries.

Featuring a robust gantry-style frame constructed from high-quality steel, the machine is stress-relieved to eliminate internal stresses, ensuring structural stability and durability. The steel thickness is 10 or 12 mm, providing excellent strength and rigidity.

The grinding head is equipped with a dedicated motor that allows axial gap adjustment, ensuring smooth operation and long-lasting performance. Its vertical movement is controlled by a ball screw system, guaranteeing high precision during the grinding process.

The worktable uses an electromagnetic chuck for secure clamping of the knives, and it can be easily adjusted using a worm gear mechanism. This design ensures flexibility and ease of use for different knife types and sizes.

The linear guides used in the rail system are sourced from Taiwan HIWIN, ensuring smooth horizontal movement of the grinding head. The machine also features an inverter that allows for easy speed control in both horizontal and vertical directions, adapting to both fine and rough grinding needs.

The overall machining accuracy of the machine is up to 0.01 mm, ensuring high-quality results every time.
