Usage:
Electromagnetic valves, also known as diaphragm valves, act as switches for compressed air in the pulse cleaning system of bag filters. They are controlled by signals from a pulse jet controller, enabling the cleaning of filter bags one by one. This helps maintain the resistance within a set range, ensuring efficient dust collection and optimal performance of the baghouse. Y-type electromagnetic pulse valves are submersible valves that are directly installed on the manifold box. They offer better flow characteristics and lower pressure loss, making them ideal for low-pressure gas sources. Z-type electromagnetic pulse valves are right-angle valves with a 90-degree angle between the inlet and outlet. They are suitable for connecting the gas dome to the baghouse blow tube, providing effective airflow and dust cleaning pulses. DD-type valves (with two nuts) are similar to Z-type and are ideal for installation between the gas dome and the blow tube. The fixed nuts at both ends make installation easier. ZT-type electromagnetic pulse valves are straight-line valves with a 180-degree angle between the inlet and outlet. They are ideal for connecting the gas source to the blow tube, ensuring smooth airflow and efficient dust cleaning. Working Principle:
The electromagnetic pulse diaphragm valve consists of two gas chambers. When compressed air enters, it flows into the back chamber through an orifice. The pressure in this chamber pushes the diaphragm against the valve outlet, keeping the valve closed. When an electrical signal is received from the pulse jet controller, the armature moves, allowing the back chamber to release air. This causes the diaphragm to move back, allowing compressed air to pass through the valve outlet, opening it. Once the signal stops, the armature returns to its original position, closing the back chamber again and pushing the diaphragm back against the outlet, restoring the closed state. Why Choose Us?
