ZJR or NP-AHR Slurry Pump Introduction:
Our slurry pumps are designed for handling slurries containing hard particles and high-density materials across various industrial sectors such as metallurgy, mining, coal, power generation, and construction. These pumps can also be used in multi-stage configurations. They are categorized into three types: M, AH, and HH.
The M, AH, and HH type slurry pumps are horizontal centrifugal pumps with a cantilever design. Their shafts can be sealed using packing seals or centrifugal seals. The pump outlet positions can be adjusted at 45° intervals to accommodate different installation requirements, allowing for eight different angles when rotated during installation.
The M and AH type slurry pumps feature replaceable wear-resistant metal or rubber linings in the pump body (volute liners, front and back linings). Impellers can also be made from wear-resistant metal or rubber materials. In contrast, HH type slurry pumps only use wear-resistant metal for their pump bodies and impellers.
**Application:**
The ZJR-NP-AHR pumps are ideal for handling highly abrasive, high-density slurries as well as low-density, high-head slurries in industries like metallurgy, mining, coal, power, and building materials. Examples include coal washing processes, handling fine ore and tailings in metal mines, and managing bottom ash and fly ash in thermal power plants.
