Application:

This seal welder is specifically designed for sealing optical components such as TO-46, TO-56, and mini types (diameter: 1.96mm). It ensures precise and reliable sealing in high-tech manufacturing environments.

Configuration:

The system includes an input chamber with vacuum pumping, N2 charging, and oven heating functions. The operation chamber is equipped with N2 supply, 1kg air pressure, and a manual valve for air discharge. The output chamber allows easy material retrieval. The main welding unit is a capacitive discharge welder, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
